Inside, the upper level of approximately 2,404 square feet, is centered around a dramatic four-sided fireplace. This focal point gently organizes the open layout into kitchen, dining, and living zones without sacrificing the sense of one continuous, communal room. Also on the main level is a powder bath and the primary bedroom with en suite bath, plus a 14’ x 20’ screened porch.
The lower level, roughly 3,344 square feet, is devoted to recreation. A full-size, two-lane bowling alley comes complete with custom balls and shoes, three television screens so you can run two games while watching something else, and a well-equipped wet bar with wine refrigerator, two refrigerator/freezer drawers, ice maker, and sink. Adjacent, a large movie theater features two sleepable sofas, five recliners, and two chaise lounges, all oriented toward a stage platform. The stage can host live performances or be transformed into a cinema with the drop-down movie screen.
In a nod to the original farmhouse that once stood here, the Cottage preserves its spirit in both form and detail. The old bell from the farmhouse remains, and the structure is wrapped on three sides by a deep, 8-foot wide porch. Bavolo lantern fixtures punctuate the porch, casting warm light over views that look out toward the pond and Stonehill house on one side and back over the synthetic clay tennis court on the other. Various walkways, stone walls, smaller original outbuildings, and landscaping accent the Cottage. An RV-sized detached garage offers flexible storage or parking for larger vehicles. The brick patio, complete with stone pizza oven and built-in grill, extends the entertaining capacity and creates yet another gathering space where evenings naturally unfold. At the lower level's back patio, an outdoor fire pit and dining area bring the entertainment outdoors, and closer to the tennis court & viewing pavilion.

Bavolo lantern fixtures punctuate the porch, casting warm light over views that look out toward the pond and Stonehill house on one side and back over the synthetic clay tennis court on the other. The entry is marked by a Dutch door that is as charming as it is functional, setting an immediate tone of hospitality.
Inside, the upper level of approximately 2,404 square feet is centered around a dramatic four-sided fireplace. This focal point gently organizes the open layout into kitchen, dining, and living zones without sacrificing the sense of one continuous, communal room. The kitchen features another Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigeration, with Waterworks plumbing fixtures elevating the experience in the kitchen, baths, and bar areas. A powder bath serves guests on this level, and the primary bedroom with en suite bath opens onto a 14’ x 20’ screened porch, offering a private, breezy retreat above the landscape.

A full bath serves the downstairs, and with one queen-size sleeper sofa in the bowling area plus two additional sofas that comfortably sleep one person each, the floor can function as overflow sleeping space when needed while remaining an ultra-fun gathering level.
