The main (upper) level is 2,404 square feet, consisting of a large family room with a four-sided fireplace in the middle of the room, flanked by a kitchen, dining room, and living area. Also on the main level is a powder bath and the primary bedroom with en suite bath, plus a 14’ x 20’ screened porch.
The lower level is approximately 3,344 square feet and features a two-lane bowling alley and a large theater with a built-up stage. There is also a full bath and wet bar on the lower level.
A detached garage/storage area sits near an outside brick patio with fireplace, built-in grill, and a stone pizza oven. The Cottage retains the look of a wrap-around porch that graced the original farmhouse—8 feet wide—surrounding the Cottage on three sides. Various walkways, stone walls, smaller original outbuildings, and landscaping accent the Cottage.
